Sensitivity analysis and application in Meta-analysis

根据Meta分析的背景以及计量数据和两分类数据合并效应量的计算方法,研究了Meta分析敏感度的量化问题.借助于工程中敏感度指标,给出了Meta分析中敏感度量化指标,即大尺度敏感度和小尺度敏感度,提出了小尺度敏感度的计算方法.结合实例对计算结果进行了分析和比较,表明采用敏感度分析和亚组分析是一致的,从而说明文中所提出的敏感度指标是可行和有效的.

According to the background of Meta-analysis and the calculation method of effect size of two categorical data and measurement data, the quantification of Meta-analysis sensitivity is discussed. With the aid of quantitative sensitivity in engineering, the quantitative index of Meta-analysis sensitivity is given , namely large scale sensitivity and small scale sensitivity. And the calculation method of small scale sensitivity is put forward. Finaly combined with examples, the calculation results are analyzed and compared, and it indicates that the analysis results are consistent with sensitivity index and subgroup analysis methods. Thus the suggested sensitivity index is feasible and effective.
