司法改革创新对促进我国依法治国进程,促进社会主义和谐社会建设具有重要意义。我国司法改革创新在取得较大成就的同时,也面临六大问题:一是司法创新价值理念传播不广泛;二是司法创新缺乏科学性统筹安排;三是司法创新当代制度建设起步较晚;四是司法创新激励机制薄弱,手段单一;五是司法创新人才不足;六是司法创新研究和经验总结不足。因此,针对这六个方面的问题需要采取针对性的措施,以推动我国司法改革创新的持续进步。

Judicial reform and innovation to promote my aunt to run the country according to law,is ofgreat significance to promote the construction of socialist harmonious society.China's judicial reform andinnovation in the obtained great achievements,but also faces six major problems:first,the judicialconcept of value innovation does not spread widely;two,the lack of scientific overall arrangement ofjudicial innovation;three,the contemporary judicial innovation system construction started late;four,theweak,the judicial innovation incentive mechanism means a single;five,insufficient judicial innovationtalent;six,judicial innovation research and experience summary deficiency.Therefore,aiming at these sixaspects need to take targeted measures,to continue to promote the progress of judicial reform andinnovation in china
