Ca_(1.98)MgSiO_5:Eu_(0.02)^(2+)荧光粉的粒径控制及发光性能

摘要 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Eu2+掺杂的Ca2MgSiO5荧光粉.通过X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪和激光粒度分析仪对所合成样品的结构和发光性能进行表征.考察制备过程中加入表面活性剂和预烧温度对样品的晶型、粒径分布范围及发光性能的影响.结果表明:加入少量表面活性剂没有改变Ca1.98MgSiO5:Eu2+0.02荧光粉的晶型.添加表面活性剂(CTAB,三乙醇胺)使样品粒径分布范围变窄,相应地增强了荧光粉的发光强度.加入表面活性剂后预烧温度为700℃时粒径分布范围最窄. Bivalent europium ions doped Ca2MgSiO5 phosphors were prepared by sol-gel method. Their structure particle size distribution and luminescence properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, Zetasizer Nano (ZN) and fluorescence spectrometry (FL). The effects of surfactants ( CTAB and triethanolamine) and presintering temperature during the preparation process on the phosphor crystalline, particle size distribution and luminescence properties were investigated. The result showed that the crystalline of the Ca1.98 MgSiO5 :EU^2+0.02 phosphor did not change with the addition of surfactants, but the particle size distribution and the luminescence properties were improved. The best presintering temperature was 700 ℃ after adding surfactant, and the particle size distribution was the narrowest.
