摘要
采用盐酸和轻烧粉为原料合成碱式氯化镁晶须(MHCH).利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外光谱仪(IR)等手段对碱式氯化镁晶须进行表征.结果表明:所制备的碱式氯化镁的分子式为Mg2(OH)3CI·4H2O,粒径约为100—300nm,晶须长度大于20μm.轻烧粉中的MgO与盐酸的摩尔比在0.75:1—0.5:1可以得到形貌较好的碱式氯化镁晶须.合成碱式氯化镁的适宜条件为:轻烧粉中的MgO与盐酸的摩尔比为0.65:1,反应温度50℃,反应时间2h.此外,利用配位化学理论合理地解释了轻烧粉与盐酸的反应机理.
Magnesium hydroxide chloride hydrate whisker was successfully synthesized by magnesite and hydrochloric acid, and the as-prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectrometer (IR). The result showed that the magnesium hydroxide chloride hydrate' s formula was Mg2 (OH)3C1.4H2O with a diameter of 100 ~ 300 nm, length of 20 μm, and a single factor experiment of the ratio of magnesite and hydrochloric acid was investigated, which declared that pure magnesium hydroxide chloride hydrate whisker could be obtained within the mole ratio of 0. 75: 1 to 0. 5: 1 by magnesite and hydrochloric acid. The optimum mole ratio of the reaction was 0. 65 : 1. furthermore, we discussed the reaction mechanism magnesium hydroxide chloride hydrate whisker using the coordination chemistry theory.
