卤水与白云石制备阻燃剂型氢氧化镁的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 白云石经煅烧、消化后与卤水沉淀反应,得到阻燃剂型氢氧化镁,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重差热分析(TG-DTA)、扫描电镜(SEM)等对产物进行表征.研究反应温度、卤水浓度、加料速率等因素对氢氧化镁纯度的影响.结果表明:在反应温度为60℃、卤水浓度1.0 mol/L,加料速率3 mL/min,得到纯度98%以上的片状氢氧化镁产品,可用作添加型阻燃剂. Magnesium hydroxide flame retardant was obtained from the deposition reaction between cal- cined and digested dolomite and brine. The prepared magnesium hydroxide was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The impact of the reaction temperature, brine concentration, feed rate and aging time on the purity of Mg (OH) 2 was investigated. The results showed that the flaky Mg (OH) 2 products could be obtained when the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, brine concentration was 1.0 mol / L, and feed rate was 3 mL/min. The obtained flaky magnesium hydroxide had a purity of more than 98 %, and was suitable for being used as flame retardant additive.
