碳纳米管耐磨改性MC尼龙及磨耗机理 被引量:2

摘要 采用阴离子聚合法制备碳纳米管/MC尼龙复合材料,对其摩擦磨损性能行研究.用扫描电子显微镜观察分析试样磨损表面的形貌,分析磨耗机理.实验结果表明:碳纳米管加入量越多,摩擦系数越小;在磨损时间相同的情况下,碳纳米管加入量为0.3%时,磨耗指数最小;磨损时间较长试样的磨耗指数比磨损时间少的试样磨耗指数小.磨损时间较少时,主要发生粘着磨损;当磨损时间较长时,主要发生磨粒磨损.在有载荷条件下磨损比较严重,这种情况下发生的是粘着磨损和磨粒磨损.在无载荷条件下主要发生的是粘着磨损.在耐磨性提高的同时,力学性能也得到一定的提高. In this experiment, carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/MC nylon composite material was prepared, and the friction and wear performance were researched. With the help of scanning electron microscope (SEM) ,the sample wear surface morphology was observed and the wear mechanism was analyzed. The experimental results showed that the more the amount of CNTs was, the smaller friction coefficient was; under the situation of the same time of wearing, addition amount of CNTs was 0. 3 %, and abrasion index was down to a minimum; abrasion index of the sample of wearing a long time was smaller than that of the sample of wearing a short time; when wearing time was shorter, adhesive wear mainly happened, and when wearing time was longer, abrasive wear mainly happened;with the load conditions it lead to more wear and tear, and in this situation adhesive wear and abrasive wear happened. With no load conditions adhesive wear mainly happened. To improve the wear resistance of the sample at the same time, the mechanics performance was also improved.
