高职院校物流专业“校企一体、工学结合”人才培养模式探索

总结了鹤壁汽车工程职业学院几年来在物流专业人才培养模式的做法,即构建"校企一体"的人才管理模式,以充分调动企业和学校双方的积极性;构建"工学结合"的培养模式,进行理论—实践—再理论—再实践的交替培养;构建"师傅带徒弟"的实训模式,使物流专业学生的实训落到实处,使学生能够熟练掌握物流专业的基本技能,达到"学生毕业就能上岗,上岗就是熟练操作工"的目的。

This paper summarizes our years in the practice of logistics professional talent training mode, namely the building inte- gration between higher vocational colleges and enterprises talent management mode, to full）＇ arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises and schools both sides; build ＂work-integrated learning＂ cultivation mode, in theory, practice, and theory, and practice of alter- nating; build ＂master train an apprentice＂ training mode, make the logistics professional students training into practice, so that the students can master the logistics professional basic skills, to achieve ＂graduation can mount guard, mount guard is skilled opera- tors＂, the purpose.
