摘要
虽然现阶段客户分类管理大理念较为成熟,但是针于发展中的中小零担运输客户分类方法的研究较为匮乏。文章从客户生命发展周期出发建立指标体系,同时为提高客户分类管理决策的客观性和准确性,解决评价系统中各因素"状态失衡"问题,以及降低由于模糊权重引起的结果偏颇,引入了基于云模型及变权理论方法进行综合建模,从而建立了适用于中小零担物流企业的客户分类模型。
At present, though the theory of customer classifi- cation method is more mature, there is lack of research onthe customer classification method of small and mediu,n sized LTL logistics enterprises. Therefore, basing on the customer life cycle, the index system is set up. At the same time, in order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of customers classification, to solve the "imbalance" problem between each factor, and reduce the bias caused by fuzzy weights, a com- prehensive modeling basing on the cloud model and variable weight theory method is established, which is suitable for the small and medium-sized LTL logistic, s enterprises.
