多品种自制件共线机加工拉式生产模型及实现

摘要 在对某具有装配线和自制件机加工线的发动机厂进行分析的基础上,建立了自制件机加工拉式生产模型。该模型根据自制件成品消耗,触发机加工线的自制件生产。根据生产实际设定了生产批量等参数。建立模拟表,利用历史数据,模拟装配不中断情况下,共线生产的多品种自制件的投入、消耗及库存,根据其结果设定所需的自制件成品数量。在此基础上,设计了机加工拉式生产业务流程,开发完成了机加工拉式生产管理系统,并将其作为MES的一个模块。实际运行结果验证了模型及系统的可行性和有效性。 Based on the analyses of a certain engine plant composed of assembly line and homemade parts machining line, pull production model of homemade parts machining was established. In this model, homemade parts production in machining line de- pended on finished homemade parts consumption. According to the production practice, parameters such as the production batch were set. On the basis of historical data, machining, consumption and inventory of multi-item homemade parts produced in the same line were simulated by simulation table under the premise of nssembly line without interruption. The numbers of finished homemade parts for pull production were set according to the simulation result. On this basis, the business process of machining pull production was designed. The machining pull production management system, as a module of MES, was developed. Actual operation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and the system.
