摘要
目的探讨乙胺碘呋酮在心肌病合并心功能不全患者中的应用效果。方法选取2011年5月—2013年5月我院收治的心肌病合并心功能不全患者78例,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各39例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予乙胺碘呋酮静脉滴注,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为92.3%(36/39),高于对照组的59.0%(23/39)(χ2=19.884,P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者心功能优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论乙胺碘呋酮能显著提高心肌病合并心功能不全患者的疗效,能改善患者心功能,且安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Amiodaron on cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure. Methods 78 patients with cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were randomly divided into groups control and treatment,each of 39 cases. Both groups were given conventional treatment,treatment group was given Amiodaron alone. The clinical efficacy between two group was observed. Results The total efficacy of treatment group was 92. 3%( 36 /39),higher than that of control group of 59. 0%( 23 /39)( χ2= 19. 884,P < 0. 05); the cardiac function in treatment group was better than that of control group( P < 0. 05); no serious adverse reaction occurred in two groups. Conclusion Amiodaron in treating cardiomyopathy combined with heart failure can increase the clinical efficacy,improve cardiac function and safety.
