同时累及支气管和肺的浆细胞性肉芽肿一例诊治分析

Plasma-cellular Granuloma Simultaneously Involving Bronchi and Lungs:Report of One Case

浆细胞肉芽肿是一种少见疾病,其临床表现无特异性,易误诊为肺癌、结核球、淋巴瘤等。本文对2010年7月宁波大学医学院附属医院收治的1例经过病理检查证实的、同时累及支气管和肺的浆细胞性肉芽肿患者的临床资料结合相关文献进行分析,总结了其病因、临床表现、影像学特点、诊断、治疗及预后情况,为临床诊治该病提供参考。

Plasma-cellular granuloma,a rare disease and being nonspecific,is easy to be misdiagnosed as lung cancer,tuberculosis ball,lymphoma and others.This article analyzes the clinical data of a case admitted to this hospital in July 2010 and diagnosed as plasma-cellular granuloma pathologically involving both bronchi and lungs and summarizes its etiology,clinical manifestations,imaging features,diagnosis,treatment,prognosis,to provide a basis for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
