摘要
针对当前高校普遍存在的财会人员职业倦怠、工作满意度降低的现象,从三个主要方面剖析了原因,并提出建立科学的、有针对性的高校财会人员绩效考评体系,创新高校财会人员激励机制,以全面提高高校财会人员的工作热情,提升其工作质量和效率。
College financial staff~ job burnout and dissatisfaction is very common currently. According to the phenomenon, the paper analyzed the reasons from three aspects, then put forward the view of building the performance evaluation system and gave some advice of incentive mechanism innovation of college financial staff. So that it will be helpful for college financial staff to im- prove the working enthusiasm quality and efficiency.
