摘要
为解决机场沥青道面紫外光老化问题,利用紫外线环境箱模拟野外环境老化条件进行试验,研究了强紫外线辐射对基质沥青性能的影响,发现强紫外线光可以造成沥青非常严重的老化。根据光老化前后沥青性能的测试结果,对比分析了受阻胺类抗紫外光老化剂不同掺量对提高基质沥青抗紫外线光老化性能、高温性能、低温性能和疲劳性能的作用。试验结果表明,受阻胺类抗紫外光老化剂能改善沥青抗老化性能和高温性能,但会劣化其抗疲劳性能。
In order to solve the problem of ultraviolet aging on airport asphalt pavement, this paper use the ultraviolet and aging chamber to simulate the environmental aging conditions of outfield and to study the strong ultraviolet radiation effects on base asphalt performance. The paper found strong ultraviolet can cause asphalt severe aging problem. By comparison of asphalt properties before and after ultraviolet-aging,the paper analysis different dosage of hindered amine effect on the anti ultraviolet-aging properties of asphalt. The results show that the hindered amine increases the high temperature performance of asphalt to a certain extent, but further reduces the fatigue properties, so it. is not suitable for base asphalt to resist ultraviolet aging.
