摘要
150MN护环液压胀形专用装置是目前国内研制的采用外补液胀形法的大型护环专用生产设备,主要用于发电机大型护环(采用1Mn18Cr18N等材料)的冷胀硬化成形。介绍了该设备的技术参数、结构特点以及设计和制造过程中的主要难点。
150MN dedicated press for retaining ring is the biggest tonnage domestic device currently which uses the method of hydraulic bulge with the external pressed liquid, it is mainly used for large generator retaining rings as Mn18Cr18N material ,. dedicated to cold hardening forming. This paper mainly introduces the technical parameters and the structure features of the device, and main technology difficulties in the process of design and manufacture.
