心理干预对输精（卵）管绝育术并发症患者生活质量及预后的影响

The effect of psychological intervention on quality of life and prognosis of patients with sterilizing operation complications

目的：探讨心理干预对输精（卵）管绝育术并发症患者生活质量及预后的影响。方法将100例输精（卵）管绝育术并发症患者随机分为两组，每组50例。两组均予以并发症常规治疗及护理，并采用明尼苏达多项人格测验进行测评，研究组根据测评结果予以心理干预，观察2a。于心理干预前后采用社会支持量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表进行测评分析。结果两组精神衰弱、抑郁、癔病、疑病分量表评分异常检出率均较高；心理干预后两组社会支持量表、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分均较入组时显著提高，研究组显著优于对照组。研究组慢性盆腔痛、绝育术后综合症、附睾淤积和心身障碍的预后优于对照组。结论输精（卵）管绝育术并发症患者存在不同程度的心理问题，对其予以心理干预能有效提高患者的社会支持度及生活质量，对促进患者的全面康复具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effect of on quality of life and prognosis of patients with sterilizing operation complications （SOP） .Methods A total of 100 SOP patients were randomly divided into two groups of 50 ones each .Both groups received routine treatment and nursing for complications and assessed with the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI） ,psychological intervention was given to research group according to evaluation results ,and they were observed for 2 years .Assessments were car-ried out with the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and WHO Quality of Life Scale （WHOQOL） before and after psychological intervention .Results Detection rates of abnormal neurosis ,depression ,hysteria , Mental weakness ,depression ,hysteria ,hypochondria scale of both groups were higher ;SSRS and WHO-QOL scores of both groups were significantly higher after than before intervention ,so was those in re-search than in control group .The prognoses of chronic pelvic pain ,post-sterilization syndromes ,epididy-mal stagnation and psychosomatic diseases were better in research than in control group .Conclusion SOP patients have different degrees of psycho-problems ,psychological intervention could effectively improve their social support degree and quality of life and has important significances for promoting patients ’ com-prehensive rehabilitation .
