摘要 目的:探讨情景障碍设置带教在新护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法将我院2010年度新招聘的护士设为研究组,2009年度新招聘的护士设为对照组;研究组采用情景障碍设置带教培训,对照组按照传统方法培训。采用自行设计的问卷调查表对培训效果进行评价。结果研究组操作能力、工作主动性、应变能力、护患沟通能力、护理安全意识的培训效果均显著优于对照组( P<0.05或0.01)。结论情景障碍设置带教能使新护士在上岗前就充分认识到护理操作的重要性和严谨性,能尽快为适应临床工作打下良好基础,显著优于传统培训效果。 Objective To explore the application result of situational barrier teaching in new-nurse pre-job training .Methods Nurses advertised in 2010 in our hospital were assigned to research group and ones in 2009 to control ;research group was trained with situational barriers teaching and control with traditional method .Training results were assessed with self-made questionnaire .Results Training results of performance ability ,work activeness ,adaptation ,nurse-patient communication ability and nursing safety consciousness were significantly higher in research than in control group (P〈 0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Situational barrier teaching makes new nurses realize the significance and preciseness of nursing procedure fully before work and lay a good foundation for adapting to clinical work .
