2μm激光治疗良性前列腺增生的临床应用进展 被引量：3

摘要 良性前列腺增生（benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH）是老年男性常见病,是引起老年男性下尿路症状的最主要原因,经尿道前列腺电切术（transurethral resection of the pros-tate,TURP）作为公认的 BPH 外科治疗的“金标准暠已有80余年历史。从1992年钕激光第一次用于治疗 BPH 开始,前列腺激光治疗不断挑战着 TURP 的“霸主暠地位,美国2000年至2008年 TURP 手术率下降了46%.
