高校学生党员发展倒推模式探索

党的建设作为我们党在中国革命中取得胜利的"三大法宝"之一,多年来一直备受党中央的高度重视。随着时代的变化,党的建设也应该注入时代因素,赋予新的时代内涵,适应新形势的要求。大学生党员发展机制作为党建工作的重要内容,经过多年的发展已经形成了较为固定的模式。针对高校党员发展模式,进行有针对性的改进和完善,可以更好地体现党员发展过程的公开、公正和公平,并通过对新的发展模式的有效监督进行制度设计,提出"党员答辩制""五元监督"的新机制。

The party＇s construction,in the Chinese revolution, as one of our party＇s success in ＂three magic weapons＂ for many years, has been praised by the attention of the party central committee. Along with the time change, the party＇s construction should also infuse times factors,give new meaning of the time,and adapt to the demands of the new situation. Party members of university development mechanism as the important content of the party construction work, after years of development has formed the relatively fixed pattern,aiming at the university party member development mode,are targeted improvement and per fection, to better reflect the party member of the development process of openness, fairness and justice, and the new development of the mechanism of effective supervision system design, puts forward the party member ask-answer system and ＂five sides su pervision＂ new mechanism.
