摘要
客观公平的年度绩效考核是提高高校行政人员工作效能的重要手段。相对高校专任教师年度绩效考核而言,行政人员年度绩效考核方法较为滞后。探究行之有效的高校行政人员年度绩效考核方法,激发其工作积极性,造就一支精干、高效的行政人员队伍,有利于保障高校教学科研管理、学生管理等工作的正常开展和良好运行。
The objective and fair performance assessment is an important means to ]m^prove the efficiency of the administrative staff in universities. The college teachers" annual performance appraisal, performance appraisal methods annual administrative personnel is lagging behind. Methods of evaluation of university administrative staff annual performance are developed to stimu late their enthusiasm, to create a lean,efficient administrative staff, carry out normal colleges and universities is conducive to the teaching and scientific research management, security management of student work and good operation.
