摘要
教育人种志是教育学与人类学相结合而形成的一种研究方法,强调研究者要以参与观察的视角入实地、持续、多样化、直观地开展观察和调研。高校辅导员工作的直接性、长期性和全面性,为全面细致、长期持续和直接深入地开展教育人种志研究提供了便利。据此,构建在教育人种志框架下的从前期准备、观察调研到研究成果回归指导工作的科研路径。
Education ethnography,a combination of pedagogy and anthropology,is a kind of research method which requires the researchers to participate and conduct the researches with a sustainable,diversified and intuitive perspective. The work of college counselors, featuring directness,long-duration and comprehensiveness, provides facility for the counselors to study the educa- tion ethnography in a full-scale,durative and in-depth way. Accordingly,the scientific research path based on the framework of education ethnography which consists of the preparation,observation and the eventual achievements for the work guidance is constructed.
