摘要
高等职业院校青年教师是培养主体,将青年教师的职业生涯发展与其岗位需求和个人提升的需要相结合,从理论与实践结合的高度寻求和认识培养的规律,探索青年教师成长的途径,以能力为本位,尝试构建1个职业能力测评加4个培养目标加X个培养途径的模式,有助于实现组织发展与青年教师个人发展的有机结合。
In this paper the higher occupation colleges for training young teacher subject, the young teacher's occupation career development and job requirements and personal ascension requires the combination, the combination of theory and practice to seek and understand the culture of law, explore the way for the growth of young teachers, take ability as the standard, attempts to construct 1 occupation ability test and 4 goals plus X training approach,in order to achieve the organic combination of organi zational development and personal development of young teachers.
