CREB与阿片类药物依赖被引量：3

摘要 CREB是亮氨酸拉链转录因子 ,阿片类药物依赖产生后 CREB的表达和磷酸化水平发生改变 ,并作用于 c AMP信号传导通路中的某些成分 ,影响戒断症状的产生。 CREB还与长时记忆和精神依赖的形成有关。
