摘要
针对油田现场数据采集环境复杂、采集点分散和外界干扰大的问题,采用多主机的控制器局域网(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线通信技术设计了一种基于PSoC5和多主机CAN通信的油田RTU系统,系统核心单元采用具有组成多种可编程数字和模拟用户模块能力的嵌入式单片机PSoC5。油田井场应用表明,该系统有数据采集快速、安全、可靠等优点,能够满足油田生产要求。
In view of the features of acquiring data in oil fields,that is,complex environment,decentralized collection points and great interference,an oilfield RTU system based on based on PSoC5 and CAN bus is designed using multi-master CAN bus communication technology. Its core unit uses an embedded MCU PSoC5 which is not only has high capabilities of data processing and reliable data transmission,but also has the capabilities composed of a variety of programmable digital and analog user module. The applications of the designed RTU system in oilfields show that the system has the advantage of quickly,safely and reliably collecting data,and it can meet the needs of oilfield production.
