分光光度法测定颠茄片中莨菪类生物碱的含量

Determination of hyoscymine alkaloides in belladonne tablet by spectrophotometry

目的 :建立用分光光度法测定颠茄片中莨菪类生物碱的含量。方法 :采用在一定的pH溶液中 ,莨菪类生物碱与酸性染料溴甲酚绿定量地结合成有色离子对 ,用有机溶剂提取后比色测定 ,测定波长为 415nm ,硫酸阿托品为对照品。结果 :在 0～17.5 μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好 ,平均回收率为 10 1.1%。 结论 :本方法操作简便、准确、实用 ,可作为颠茄片的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE:To set up a method to determine the content of hyoscymine alkaloides in belladonne tablet by spectrophotometry.METHOD:Hyoscymine alkaloides reacts with bromomethyl phenol to produce a colorful ionic couple at a certain pH solution.Product is extracted using CHCl 3 solvent and determined by spectrophotmetry.The detection wavelength is 415nm.Atropine sulfuric acid is used as reference standard.RESULTS:The calibration curve is linear within the range of 0～17.5μg/ml for hyoscymine alkaloides.The average recovery is 101.1% and the related standard deviation is 1.0%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and practical for the determination of hyoscymine alkaloides in belladonne tablet.
