科技档案工作标准化是档案事业主管机关和标准化部门共同对档案工作的设施、原则、质量、方法等制订的统一的技术规范,并予以贯彻执行的全过程。它促进了科技档案管理水平不断提升,实行标准化管理是档案工作现代化的重要内容,在科技档案管理工作中需要大力推行标准化。

The standardization management of scientific and technical archives is a unified technical specifications as well as the whole implement process, which is issued by the administration departments of archives and standardization sectors to control the facilities, principles, quality and methods of the archives managment. It promotes the management level of scientific and technological archives upgrade. Employing standardization management is an important issue of the modernization of archives management. Therefore, we should vigorously promote standardization in the areas of management of scientific and technical archives.
