子午流注时辰护理预防癌症患者化疗后恶心呕吐的效果观察

Effect of Nursing Based on Zi Wu Liu Zhu Time Rule on Preventing Nausea and Vomiting among Cancer Patients after Chemotherapy

目的探讨子午流注时辰护理预防癌症化疗后恶心、呕吐的效果。方法将98例化疗肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,观察组在每天7:00进行穴位按摩、8:00时进食健脾和胃粥、10:00服用健脾止呕中药。对照组按摩取穴及方法、进食食物、服用中药、疗程与观察组相同,但不择时,按常规时间护理。比较两组患者1个疗程内恶心、呕吐的发生情况。结果观察组恶心、呕吐的发生率明显低于对照组,且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注时辰护理能有效预防化疗所致恶心呕吐的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on Zi Wu Liu Zhu Time Rule on preventing nausea and vomiting among cancer patients after chemotherapy. Methods Totally 98 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally. In observation group, nursing including point massage, dieting and medication were all based on Zi Wu Liu Zhu Time Rule while in control group, patients had the same nursing in conventional time. Occurrence of nausea and vomiting in one course of treatment in two groups were compared. Results There was obviously lower incidence of nausea and vomiting in observation group, which showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing based on Zi Wu Liu Zhu Time Rule can prevent nausea and vomiting among cancer patients after chemotherapy effectively.
