摘要 讲述丙烯酸车间丙烯罐区在安全仪表系统设计方面存在的问题,并剖析其原因.遵循国际标准IEC61508、IEC61511和国标GB/T20438等功能安全规范,结合丙烯罐区的工艺设计和安全要求,根据企业对该安全仪表功能的SIL要求,探讨了丙烯罐区安全仪表系统SIL的3个部分:传感器、执行器、逻辑解算器,包括选择适当的冗余方式、减少中间环节等.通过对平均危险失效率的计算,分析选择合适的安全仪表系统. The problems and reasons of safety instrument system design in Acrylic acid workshop propylene tank farm were discussed. Following the international standard IEC61508 and IEC61511 safety standards and GB GB/T20438,etc,based on the process design of propylene tank farm and safety requirements,according to the SIL requirements of enterprises for the security instrument function, the three parts of SIL of safety instrument system in Acrylic acid workshop propylene tank farm were discussed: sensor, actuator, logic, including selection of appropriate redundancy mode, reduce the intermediate links, etc. The appropriate safety instrument system was chosen through calculating the average risk of failure rate.
