摘要
依据具体的工业燃气锅炉设计要求,首先进行设计选择燃料,进行燃烧特性和发热特性的设计计算,再进行设计选定炉体及其材料的传热特性设计计算;从具体的工艺设计步骤和具体的设计过程计算两方面论证了工业燃气锅炉的热力设计.
Based on the design requirements of the gas-fired industry boiler, the thermal design of the boiler operation techniques including burning properties and thermal field properties are discussed here in this paper. The body structure and body material selection of the boiler are also presented concerned the thermal capacity and thermal transmission properties. The technique design and the design calculation and were clearly presented.
