Being at a crossroads,the world economy may step into the beginning of an economic boom,but not entirely promising,for major economies all have their own crosses to bear. What counts is these economies are making changes,adjustments and transformation against their own bottlenecks,which turns the world economy for the positive. Characteristics of the world economy at the present and in the next few years are overall changing,deeply adjusting,growth accelerating,and risks existing. Changes of the external economic environment are in favor of steady development of Chinese economy.
