CT诊断急性闭合性腹部外伤的价值探讨

目的：探讨CT在闭合性腹部外伤中的诊断价值。方法：选取2012年5月～2013年8月收治的64例急性闭合性腹部外伤患者作为研究对象，对所有患者临床行CT诊断，收集患者CT诊断图像并分析CT诊断结果。结果：经初次CT检查急性闭合性腹部外伤患者，单纯性肾脏损伤6例，单纯性肝脏损伤10例，胰腺损伤21例，胃肠穿孔8例，外伤性隔痈5例，腹腔积血10例，复合型损伤3例。另有1例患者经CT检查未见明显异常，但1周后复查时发现不同程度的腹腔积血。结论：在急性闭合性腹部外伤中，CT诊断结果显示相邻的脏器结构及是否有脏器受损以及受损情况比较清楚，此辅助检查在临床上对于下一步的诊疗方案的制定有重要的临床意义。

Results： The initial CT examination in patients with acute blunt abdominal trauma, simple renal injury in 6 cases, 10 cases of simple liver damage, pancreatic injury in 21 cases, 8 cases of gastrointestinal perforation, traumatic compartment carbuncle 5 cases, 10 cases of hemoperitoneum , complex injury in 3 cases. And 1 patient underwent CT examination showed no abnormalities, but one week after the review found varying degrees of hemoperitoneum. Conclusion： In acute blunt abdominal trauma, CT diagnosis showed an adjacent organ structure and whether there is damage to organ damage and compare the inventory, this laboratory examinations in clinical treatment programs for the next step with the development of important clinical significance.
