随着房地产行业政策和市场的转变,房地产行业正逐步跨入品牌竞争的阶段。对于包头市大多数中小型房地产企业来说,在不断改革的宏观政策和激烈的市场竞争条件下,如何更好地进行企业品牌建设,不仅是企业生存的根本之道,更是企业长远发展的关键所在。分析包头市房地产企业品牌建设的现状及存在的问题,并对房地产中小型企业的品牌建设提出建设性建议。
Nowadays, the real estate enterprises, with the transformation of its policy and market, are striding in the brand competitive stage gradually. Regarding the majority of small and medium - sized enterprises in Baotou, the key is how to carry on the enterprise brand construction effectively under the macroscopic policy and the intense market competition. It is not only the basic strategy for enterprise survival, but also is crucial for enterprises' long - term development. The article has analyzed the present situation of the real estate enterprise brand construction and the problems. Meanwhile, it provided the constructive suggestions to the brand building of those small and medium - sized enterprises in Baotou.
