基于数据采集平台的师资队伍建设现状分析——以包头铁道职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Current Situation of the Construction of Faculty Based on Data Platform

当前,高职院校都在抓紧内涵建设,并用加强内涵建设来促进学校的整体实力提升。通过对学院数据采集平台中师资队伍状况的分析,寻找并发现师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,结合内涵建设及高职发展规律提出相应的改进措施,促进师资队伍进一步合理化和素质提高,不断提高人才培养质量。

Nowadays vocational colleges concern a lot on how to strengthen connotation construction in order to promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of the colleges. By analyzing the current situation of faculty with the data platform of BRVTC,this paper points out the problems in the construction of faculty and proposes some strategies on the basis of the connotation construction and higher vocational education development disciplines so as to improve the quality of teachers.
