摘要
针对筒仓备煤配料工艺原理和具体控制要求,对其控制系统进行了研究,确定了"上位机+PLC控制系统+电子秤"模式的总体设计方案,给出了系统的总体结构及系统原理,并对硬件系统和软件系统进行了设计。
The control system and control demands of silo coal - blending process are researched and the general design scheme of ＂PC ＋ PLC control systematic control ＋ electronic scale＂ is certified. This paper proposes the general frame and principle of the system and designs the hardware system and software one.
