专职辅导员是高校管理工作中的重要组成部分,承担着在高校中开展思想政治教育的重要任务,其专业化水平直接影响大学生思想理论修养和水平。对呼和浩特地区10所不同层次和类型的高校展开不同形式的调查,分析辅导员专业化发展道路中存在的问题,展现辅导员工作专业化水平的进程。

Full - time counselors, which is an important part of administers in college, take on the job of ideology education to the college students. Their professional level has greatly influenced on the ideological level of the college students. The paper did a research in different forms in 10 colleges of Hohhot, analyzed some problems existing in the development of professional counselors and showed the process of the professional level of counselors.
