Interpersonal barrier of college student cadres is one of the prominent psychological problems. Based on the barriers, the paper analyses the unhealthy psychological characteristics such as saving face, impulsion, self appreciation and self sealing. Meanwhile,it puts forward some countermeasures like mastering the successthl interpersonal communication principles,learning the art of communication and improving the personal charm so as＇to improve the ability of student cadres dealing with interpemonal relationship and promote the development of healthy psychology.
