我院学生教育管理工作实践探究

Research on the Student Management in Our College

高职学生在日常行为方面普遍存在着学习动力不足、学习积极性和主动性欠缺,自理能力差、不会合理规划时间,兴趣爱好较少、业余活动内容单一,交往能力有待提高、心态容易失衡等问题,结合具体的工作实践分析当前高职学生存在上述问题原因,探究提高高职学生教育管理工作的途径和方法。

There are some problems existing in daily behaviors of vocational college students, such as insufficient learning motivation, poor self - help ability,less interests, poor ability to communicate and so on. Based on the daily work, the paper analyzed the problems of the students and did a survey on the ways to improve the management of vocational college students.
