新疆哈、汉族阿尔茨海默病患者中医体质特征研究

Constitutional characteristics of TCM research on Kazakh and Han with Alzheimer′s disease in Xinjiang

目的探讨新疆阿勒泰地区哈萨克族(哈族)和汉族阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的中医体质特征。方法依据国际AD诊断标准选择新疆阿勒泰地区370例哈、汉族阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease)患者(AD组),哈族192例,汉族178例,采用病例对照研究,按1∶1配对随机选出健康非AD组患者386例为对照组,哈族189例,汉族197例,根据本课题制定的中医体质评定标准进行体质分型,分析哈、汉族AD患者中医体质类型及其分布规律。结果阳虚质是哈、汉族AD患者最多见的体质,分别占30.21%和28.65%,哈族次之为痰湿质(25.52%),而汉族次之为阴虚质(23.03%),哈、汉族AD患者中医体质类型分布差异无统计学意义。哈、汉族AD组与对照组中医体质类型的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),阳虚质、痰湿质是哈族AD患者的易患中医体质类型,汉族则为阳虚质和阴虚质,而对照组2个民族体质类型均以平和质最常见。结论哈、汉族AD患者中医体质类型有一定的倾向性,主要为阳虚质,哈族痰湿质次之,汉族则为阴虚质次之,2个民族AD患者中医体质分布未发现明显差异。

Objective To investigate the constitutional TCM characteristics of Kazakh and Han with Alzhei- merls disease （AD） in Altay region. Method Patients with Alzheimerrs disease were screened according to the international diagnostic criteria. A case--control study was used. 370 patients （192 Kazakh and 178 Han） were Chosen. 386 healthy people were in the normal control group. Results Yang deficiency was the main constitutional characteristic of Han and Kazakh. Phlegm dampness accounted for 25.52 ~ among Ka- zakh and 23.03 ~ Yin deficiency among Ham There was not statistical significance in constitutional charac- teristics between Kazakh and Han. Compared with the control group, it was statistically significant in con- stitutional Characteristics between Kazakh and Han （P〈0.001）. Yang deficiency, Phlegm dampness were susceptibility TCM constitutional types of AD in Kazakh, while Han were Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency. As for the control group, the 2 most common national constitutional types were flat and physique. Conclusion There was a certain tendency of Kazakh and Han Alzheimer% disease on constitutional charac- teristics of TCM. The main type was Yang deficiency constitution, followed by phlegm dampness in Ka- zakh and Yin deficiency in Han.
