摘要
目的探讨综合放松训练对结肠癌围术期患者免疫功能的影响.方法依据纳入标准选取80例接受手术治疗的患者作为研究样本,采用随机抽样的方法,分成对照组和实验组进行研究.结果两组患者术前第2天、术后第15天CD+3,CD+4,CD+8和NK细胞水平比较差异无统计学意义.结论综合放松训练对结肠癌围术期患者免疫功能无明显影响.
Objective To explore the influence of the comprehensive relaxation training on the immune functions of the perioperative patients with colon cancer. Method According to the selection criterion, 80 patients with colon cancer and undergoing the surgical treatment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Results Differences in CD3＋, CD4＋ , CD8＋ and NK cell levels between the two groups on the 2nd day and the 15th day after the surgical treatment were not statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive relaxation training has no obvious effect on the perioperative patients with colon cancer.
