摘要
20世纪80年代以后出生的新生代员工正成为中国职场主力军,他们有着与以往代际员工不同的工作价值观。同时,企业管理实践也正发生变化,对员工的授权也变得越来越重要。对上海、北京等地的13家知识型企业148名新生代员工的工作价值观、心理授权和工作绩效的关系进行了研究,结果表明:知识型企业中新生代员工工作价值观、心理授权和工作绩效量表两两存在显著相关;知识型企业中新生代员工的工作价值观和心理授权能有效预测任务绩效、人际促进、工作投入以及总的工作绩效;知识型企业中新生代员工的心理授权能有效预测工作绩效,其中工作价值观在心理授权与工作绩效之间起调节作用。
New generation employees, which have different work values from the past intergeneration, be the Mainstream in China labor market today. Meanwhile, the corporate management practices are also changing, empowering employees becomes increasingly important. Data were collected from 148 new generation employees of 13 Knowledge-based enterprises in Shanghai, Beijing, etc on the relation between work values and psychological empowerment with work performance. The results show that : The work values of new generation employees and psychological empowerment and job performance are interrelated obviously;Dimensions of work values of new generation employees and psychological empowerment have good predictive effects of task performance, task promotion, interpersonal promotion and overall job performance;Psychological empowerment of new generation employees in knowledge-based enterprises could predict job performance, and the work values of new generation have a moderating effect.
