Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Income Gap Among Industries Under Different Classification

行业收入差距的影响因素有很多,如垄断因素、制度因素、人力资本因素、行业自身因素等,其中垄断因素被认为是主要因素。在建立了行业收入差距影响因素测度指标后,运用线性回归方法分别分析了20个行业门类、95个行业大类、16个典型行业收入差距影响因素,发现行业分类不同,影响因素也不同。垄断因素和人力资本因素是影响行业收入差距的主要因素,且人力资本因素正逐渐成为主要影响因素。

There are many influencing factors of the income gap among industries such as monopoly factor and system factor and human capital factor and industrial own factor. The monopoly factor is the main factor. After the measuring indexes of the influencing factors of the income gap among industries are constructed, we analyze the influencing factors of the 20 industries and 95 industry cate-gories and 16 typical industries by the regression analysis method and find the influencing factors of the different industry are different. The monopoly factor and human capital factor are the main factors and the human capital factor is becoming the main influencing factor.
