摘要
高职院校顶岗实习是提高学生实践技能一个重要的教学环节,而考核评价则是学生顶岗实习过程中的—个关键环节。本文深入分析了顶岗实习考核评价过程中存在的主要问题,通过对学生进行追踪调查、分析研究,构建了企业、利益无关的第三方、学生、家长、教师五方面构成的质量评价体系,以此进行全方位、多角度的评价,使对学生的评价更加公正、全面、客观。
Post practice in higher vocational colleges is an important teaching link to improve students practical skills. Evaluation is a key link in the process of students' post practice. This thesis analyzes the main problems existing in the internship evaluation process. According to the trace-back investigations of students, the thesis establishes the quality evaluation system among enterprise, interests unrelated third parties, students, parents and teachers, having an all-dimensional and multi-angle evaluation, evaluates the students more impartially, thoroughly, and objectively.
