摘要
为了提高发酵工程设备课程的教学效果,尝试对2011级学生开设14个课时的讨论课程。通过考试测评分析,与采取传统讲授式教学方法授课的对照班级进行对比发现,讨论式教学模式适合学生的实际情况,促进了学生对知识的理解与运用。
In order to improve the teaching effect of fermentation engineering equipment course, the author tries to open 14 hours of discussion course for students who registered in 2011. According to the test analysis, and the comparison between traditional lecture-style teaching 2012.method and the discussion-style teaching method, the author finds that discussion-style 2013.teaching model is appropriate for students’ physical truth. It can promote the students’knowledge understanding and application.
