摘要
分析了基于唐山曹妃甸经济社会发展的高职院校英语教师成长背景,提出了高职英语应具备的能力和素质,探讨了唐山高职英语教师的发展途径。
Based on the economic and social development of Caofeidian district, the author analyzes the growth background of English teachers in vocational colleges, puts forward some abilities and qualities that the teachers should have, and explores new development approaches of English teachers in vocational colleges in Tangshan city.
