摘要
目的了解解脲脲支原体(Uu)感染的情况及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法采用珠海丽珠试剂股份有限公司生产的支原体属培养鉴定药敏试剂,对2010-2011年医院门诊妇产科、皮肤科及泌尿科30 260例患者送检的标本进行培养和药敏试验,并回顾性分析Uu感染的阳性率、特征及其对抗菌药物的耐药率,采用SPSS17.0软件对结果数据进行统计分析。结果 30 260例患者送检标本检出Uu阳性14 224例,Uu总感染率为47.0%,其中女性感染率为49.0%,男性感染率为38.9%,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2010年Uu感染率为48.9%,2011年为45.2%,两年Uu感染率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Uu对多西环素、米诺环素敏感性最强,敏感率均>99.1%,其次为交沙霉素、克拉霉素;对氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星和司帕沙星耐药率高,均>44.7%;两年Uu对多西环素、米诺环素敏感性稳定,对交沙霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、氧氟沙星、左氧氟沙星和司帕沙星的耐药率上升。结论 Uu感染率高,女性高于男性;对Uu感染的治疗首选多西环素、米诺环素。
OBJECTIVE To know about the local infection caused by Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and its drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics ,so as to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics .METHODS A total of 30260 samples were collected from 2010 to 2011 in hospital ,all from outpatients in Dermatology ,Obstet-rics and Gynecology and Urology .They were cultured ,identified and tested for drug sensitivity by using Myco-plasma ICS Kit from ZHUHAI LIVZON DIAGNOSTICS INC .The positive rate and drug resistance of Uu were analyzed retrospectively .SPSS 17 .0 software was used for statistic analysis .RESULTS Among 30260 samples , 14224 samples were positive for Uu ,the total infection rate of Uu was 47 .0% ,in which the female infection rate was 49 .0% (11914/24329) ,male infection rate 38 .9% (2310/5931) ,which was significamtly higher in females than in males (P&lt; 0 .01) .In 2010 the Uu infection rate was 48 .9% (7251/14842) ,in 2011 ,45 .2% (6973/15418) ,Uu infection rate was significemtly lower in 2011 than in 2010 (P&lt; 0 .01) .According to susceptibility results :doxycycline ,minocycline showed the most sensitive and stable to Uu during 2 years ,the sensitive rates of both were higher than 99 .1% ,the next was josamycin ,clarithromycin .Ofloxacin ,levofloxacin and sparfloxacin showed the higher resistance rate to Uu ,which were all higher than 44 .7% .The resisitance rates of Uu to josamy-cin ,roxithromycin ,azithromycin ,ofloxacin ,levofloxacin and sparfloxacin increased during 2 years .CONCLUSION T he local Uu infectious rate is high ,and infection rate of females was higher than males ;doxycycline and minocycline may be the first choices for the treatment of Uu infection .
