呼吸内科医院感染的控制与预防研究

Clinical research on control and prevention of nosocomical infections in respiratory department

目的探讨呼吸内科医院感染的控制与预防感染效果,为其感染控制提供思路。方法回顾性分析2011年1-12月医院住院的200例患者临床资料为对照组,总结其感染因素,提出针对性的预防措施,并随机选取2012年1-12月在医院住院的200例患者为观察组,比较预防性措施实施前后呼吸内科感染的控制情况,数据采用SPSS18.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果对照组200例中有49例患者发生感染,感染率24.5%,患者的年龄、住院时间、侵入性操作、服用抗菌药物及激素等均是感染的高危因素;采用预防性措施后,观察组的感染率降至8.50%,与预防性措施实施前比较有明显的改善。结论预防性措施能够有效降低呼吸内科的感染率,值得临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of control and prevention of nosocomical infections in respiratory department .METHODS Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 200 patients in the respiratory department from Jan .2011 to Dec .2011 in our hospital （control group） ,their infection factors were summarized ,and targeted preventive measures were proposed .The other 200 patients hospitalized in the respira-tory department from Jan .2012 to Dec .2012 in our hospital were randomly selected （observation group） .The infection rate in the respiratory department was compared before and after implementation of preventive measures . The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20 .0 software .RESULTS There were 49 patients who developed infection in control group ,the infection rate was 24 .5% .The patient＆#39;s age ,length of stay ,invasive procedure during examination ,use of antibiotics and hormones and other drugs were risk factors for infection in the respira-tory department .Infection incidence in the respiratory department decreased to 8 .5% after implementation of the preventive measures .CONCLUSION Preventive measures can effectively reduce the infection rate in the respiratory department ,which is worthy to be promoted .
