Preventative measures of the surgical site infections in orthopedic implant patients

目的对骨科植入术患者手术部位感染的预防措施进行评价总结,为控制手术室医院感染提供依据。方法对2009年10月-2011年12月在医院行骨科植入术243例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,针对手术室医院感染的危险因素制定手术室骨科植入术手术部位感染的预防措施。结果加强手术室环境及手术物品、器械的管理,提高手术人员的无菌操作技术,掌握预防性使用抗菌药物及备皮时机,能够预防骨科植入术手术部位感染,243例行骨科植入术患者无一例手术部位感染的发生。结论手术室护理工作与手术部位感染的发生有重要关系,掌握相关的理论与技术,制定严格的制度,采取严密的预防措施,做好手术室医院感染监控,使手术室骨科植入术手术部位感染得到有效控制。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate and summary the preventative measures for the surgical site infections in ortho-pedic implant patients , so as to provide reference of controlling the hospital infections in operation room . METHODS A retrospective analysis on clinical data was performed on 243 cases with orthopedic implantation from Oct .2009 to Dec .2011 .Aiming at risk factors of the hospital infection in operation room ,postoperative infection preventative measures for surgical site infection in orthopedic implant patients were established .RESULTS By strengthening operation room management of environment ,operation materials and equipment ,promoting bacteria-free operation techniques to operation staff ,and knowing well about the opportunity of preventative use of anti-biotics and skin preparation ,can prevent the surgical site infection of the orthopedic implantation .No postopera-tive infection occurred in all 243 cases .CONCLUSION There is an important relationship between operating room nursing and surgical site infection .To prevent postoperative infection of the operating room ,that mastering the related professional knowledge and technology ,formulating strict precautions and monitering the hospital infection in operation room ,can control the surgical site infection of the orthopedic implantation effectively .
