环节质量控制在血液透析室医院感染管理中的应用效果

Application of process quality control in the management of hospital infections in blood dialysis room

目的探讨环节质量控制在血液透析室医院感染管理工作中的应用效果,对存在的问题及时地跟踪和改进,以便将血液透析室的医院感染控制在最低水平。方法 2011年1月-2013年2月医院共收治血液透析患者340例作为观察组,2010年1-12月医院收治的血液透析患者316例患者作为对照组;对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上加强对血液透析室医院感染环节质量控制,比较两组患者的血液透析室医院感染发生率和两组患者对护理的满意度,所得数据采用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行分析。结果观察组与对照组相比,对照组满意度为78.80%、感染率为5.38%,观察组满意度为98.82%、感染率为0.29%,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析室医院感染管理工作中加强环节质量控制比常规的医院感染预防与护理有明显的优势,能够有效降低血液透析室的医院感染,提高患者的满意度。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of process quality control in the application in the management of hospital infection in hemodialysis room ,and follow and improve the existing problem in time ,so as to control the incidence of hospital infection in blood dialysis room in a low level .METHODS From Jan .2011 to Feb .2013 ,a total of 340 hemodialysis patients were received in our hospital ,who were treated as observation group ,while 316 hemodialysis patients were received in our hospital from Jan .2010 to Dec .2010 were treated as control group . The control group received conventional nosocomial infection prevention and nursing care ,the observation group received routine nursing care of hemodialysis room hospital infection quality process control . The incidence of hospital infection and patients satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients with hemodialysis room in hospital .SPSS 16 .0 software was used for data analysis .RESULTS Compared to the observation group , nursing satisfaction and incidence rate of hospital infection were 78 .80% and 5 .38% in control group ,while the observation group were 98 .82% and 0 .29% ,and the difference between the two groups was significant （ P＆lt;0 .05） .CONCLUSION In the management of infection in hemodialysis room of hospital ,strengthening process quality control has obvious advantages than the conventional nosocomial infection prevention and nursing ,which also can effectively reduce the hemodialysis room hospital infection ,and improve patient satisfaction .
