摘要 目前中国正处于经济结构战略性调整的关键时期,受转型升级的巨大影响,中国出现"招工难"与"就业难"并存的现象,即结构性失业问题。由于受劳动力市场体制分割、僵化、惰性的影响,劳动力供给的调整速度相对缓慢,不能适应劳动力需求的新变化,从人才支撑的角度制约了转型升级的顺利实现。本文从文献综述的视角,系统梳理劳动力市场分割理论与搜寻匹配理论,分析劳动力市场分割与不匹配引发结构性失业的传导机制及结构性失业不同来源的影响。 China is undergoing a critical period of strategic adjustment of economic structure currently. On a tremendous impact of the transformation and upgrading, the recruitment difficulties and difficult getting job are emerging because of the coexistence of structural unemployment. Structural unemployment due to the labor market segmentation and the no-matching of supply and demand, the distinction and division of its source are the basis of enhancing the structural unemployment governance managing policies. This paper proposes a method to build the model of labor market segmentation with the characteristics of searching for match based on census data, study the conduction mechanisms of the labor market segmentation which leads to structural unemployment. According to different sources, the structural unemployment is decomposed.
