西藏文化信息资源共享工程建设发展中存在的问题与对策

The Problem and Its Countermeasures of the Development of Common- shared Information and Resources Project in Tibet

在新任务和新形势下,文化信息资源共享工程面临着从侧重设施建设向侧重管理服务转变。在这一转型时期,通过对西藏共享工程建设情况的实地调研,认为西藏的共享工程建设在取得可喜成就的同时也存在建设目标理念、运行机制体制、基础设施及人才技术等方面的突出问题和困难,并针对上述问题提出了相应的对策和建议。

Under the new situation and new tasks,the cultural and information resources sharing project has faced a task of transforming the focus on facilities to the management and services. During this transition period,through doing the field research on the new situation of Tibet cultural and information sharing project,we realized that this project has made a great achievement and at the same time we discovered that there are problems and system,the infrastructure and lacking of difficulties regarding the goal of this construction,the operating specialists. It requires appropriate countermeasures and suggestions in order to resolve the problems and improve the situation
