The New Start of the Construction of a Country under the Rule of Law

党的十八届三中全会对我国未来十年乃至更长时期的改革作出了全面的战略部署。会议发表的公报和通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》大篇幅阐述了法治国家建设的方略、目标和举措,在深度和广度上前所未有,是我国法治国家建设的新起点。

The Third Plenary Session of the 1 8th Central Committee of the Communist Party has made a comprehensive strate- gic disposition for the reform of the next ten years and even longer period in our country. The Communique of the Third Plenum of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC and The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms of CPC Central Committee elaborate the strategies, objectives and measures on the construction of a country under the rule of law with a long piece of writing, which is unprecedented both in depth and width. It is a new start of the construction of a country under the rule of law in our country.
